Aoki Advogados Associados began operations in 2003 serving through exclusive associations with other firms in the area of intellectual property and from August 2008 it became independent to put into practice its vocation

 

 

With the vision that global business world requires an understanding of each culture so that communications may flow, minimizing and avoiding problems and focusing on the role of business in social welfare and for common benefit, we have been engaged in advising our clients in preventing legal problems and suggesting objective and practical solutions when required.

 

 

Our practice encompasses several areas of laws, particularly corporate law, economic law and competition, with emphasis on legal issues involving intangible properties (such as trademarks, patents, copyrights, technology transfer, software, image rights, rights of privacy and entertainment law), private international law, trade protection involving or not intellectual property rights.
